“Re-Discover the Taste of Hong Kong” with Hennessy alongside Hong Kong’s favorite comfort food – Hotpot

Hennessy has launched a “Re-Discover the Taste of Hong Kong” celebration of local hotpot culture with trendy new cognac-based cocktails showcasing Hennessy V.S.O.P. The collaboration is designed as a fun, playful and interactive lifestyle experience recognising the importance of hotpot in Hong Kong’s food culture.

The campaign running until 15 February 2017 introduces diners at local hotpot restaurants to cocktails created with Hennessy V.S.O.P. privilege by award-winning mixologist Antonio Lai. The Italy-trained pioneer of multi sensory mixology in Hong Kong has designed a six creative cocktails to appeal to fun-loving millennials, cooling down hot pots with traditional drinks.

Hennessy Pear Fizz, with fresh lime, Poire William Pear Liqueur and ginger beer

Hennessy Watermelon with orange marmalade and sesame oil

Hennessey Sweet Peaches, with honey pear tea and lemon juice

Hennessy Black Remedy, based on traditional sour plum soup

Hennessy Golden Collins, with lemon juice, soda water, orange and apple cordial

Hennessy Smoked Apple, with apple juice, fresh lime, ginger beer and mint
